Luncheon with Tay Yoshitani, CEO Port of Seattle

Tay Yoshitani, chief executive officer of the Port of Seattle, has spent his career in international trade and transportation and we were glad that he could join us for this month’s Seattle Propeller Club luncheon.  The Port of Seattle announced its record 2010 cargo year, employing roughly 2,000 employees with increased man hours and was featured on January’s CNBC’s “Squawk Box” financial news show, “Seattle’s Precious Cargo”.

Most recently he was published as a guest columnist in The Huffington Post article, “What’s Behind China’s Economic Policies?”

See photos from February’s luncheon here.

Join us for the next luncheon & be an active participant in your maritime community.
