Home From The Sea – Seattle Seafarers’ Center

The Propeller Club, Port of Seattle Chapter is a civic, social and charitable organization that promotes maritime commerce in the Puget Sound region. One of the charities which we support is the United Port Ministries, Seattle Seafarers’ Center.

The Seattle Seafarers’ Center provides social services to meet the practical and spiritual needs of seafarers and maritime workers living and visiting Seattle. Here’s a short video explaining just a few things which they do for all the seafarers visiting the ports here in Seattle.

Remember, June 25th is the Day of the Seafarer .

Let’s pay tribute to the world’s 1.5 million seafarers and encourage people to say “Thank You Seafarers!”
